Remote Improvisations
“Remote improvisation” is a series of performances where music and dance are meeting virtually.
Through a remote collaboration, the movements of the dancer in the home’s environment will dialogue in improvisation with international musicians, from countries affected heavily by the Covid-19 epidemic.
The performances will be streamed online on our facebook channel: https://www.facebook.com/tanssiARTesani/
and lately an edited version will be available on the youtube channel: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLr3Ly3OhiCB0L1MHaVm8IGeCQllZEKSt9
The entire project is supported by Taiteen edistämiskeskus – Taike through the Covid-19 grants for Beniamino Borghi, who produces and will dance in each performance.
We are collaborating with international embassies who are interested to support the project with artist fees for their national musicians.
