NoCore: Encaged is a performative and intermedia exhibition dedicated to liberating our identities from the social norms that shape, restrict, and define us. The exhibition features multimedia installations combining video, sound, sculpture, interactive elements, and live performance, guiding visitors through a journey of acknowledging the hidden aspects within themselves — and freeing them.

Dance functions as an expressive language in the exhibition, revealing the social patterns that bind us while offering possibilities to break them. Visitors are invited to watch and listen, navigate partially accessible spaces, and engage physically by creating their own movements. Through these encounters, the exhibition encourages reflection on privilege, ability, identity, and personal story.

During the exhibition, visitors can join one-to-one sessions where they create a short dance solo (3–5 minutes) based on their reflections and personal stories. These intimate “rituals” support the release of parts of ourselves that may feel constrained or unspoken.

Groups of up to 20 participants can also take part in expressive movement workshops, where a collective ritual unfolds through shared movement, trust, and embodied exploration.
