Artistic research on the upcoming new work “Healing Core” is continuing. Searching about different emotions and personal trauma to heal from.

Mirror of Expectations - working on the upcoming performance “Healing Core: Colab session 1” which will be inserted at the Winterdances Festival: on 8.2 in @kinomarilyn, on 27.2 in @grandkulturhuset, on 28.2 in @agricolatalo_agricolahuset .

This week @beniamino_borghi has started a new rese

This week @beniamino_borghi has started a new research combining two projects:
- “NoCore: New Generation” is a series of creative workshops for upper secondary schools in Sipoo under the Skapa project in Porvoo-Sipoo 2023-2025;
- “Healing Core: Colab Session 1” a multimedia performance that combine dance, live classical music and interactive scenography. In the choreographic process we are glad to have the Portuguese artist Patricia Milheiro @dans__lab as mentor and co-author.
The performance will premier at the Winterdances Festival in February in Loviisa and Porvoo.

The research is under the practice “Dance with/from/for Objects” that Beniamino is developing through his study at Master in Dance Education @m.a.d.e._in_stockholm.

Join us for a gentle, creative workshop designed for queers and anyone who wants to explore movement in a safe and supportive space. No dance experience is needed — just bring your curiosity and your true self.

Together, we will use simple improvisation tasks and expressive gestures to connect with ourselves, with each other, and with the joy of moving freely. The workshop takes place around an art installation — a metal cage surrounded by pillows — inviting us to reflect on the “boxes” that society puts us in and how we can move beyond them.

This is a space to celebrate who you are, explore your body movements and share positive energy during Pride week. Let’s move together, express ourselves and build community through dance.

We are ready with our multimedia performative exhi

We are ready with our multimedia performative exhibition NoCore: Encaged at the Scenkonst Sôrmland @scenkonstsormland - Eskilstuna (Sweden). The exhibition is part of Dansfilmsdager organized by @dansisormland . On Saturday it will be open to the general public for visiting it and interact with it!

The preparation for building up the installations

The preparation for building up the installations of “NoCore: Encaged” has continued all the day. Thanks to @dansisormland and @scenkonstsormland for hosting us and to let us working with so kind and helpful technician of the house! It is so nice to see how performative multimedia installation takes shape in such a venue! Come on Saturday during Dansfilmsdager to experience dancefilms.

Playing around with my dear friend colleague @helenajonsdottir26 and her installations “Girl” and “Oss” in the program of Dansfilmsdager organized by @dansisormland @scenkonstsormland as part of a community dance-film project. The installations are visible at Katrineholms konsthall @katrineholmskonsthall until Saturday for free!!!

New adventure for TanssiARTesaani and our projects:
- part of the exhibition “NoCore: Encaged” has been invite to be part of the program of Dansfilmsdager organized by Scenkonst Soörmland @dansisormland 1.-5.4.2025
- “Move in Relation” screening, featured in Winterdances 2025, will be also displayed during the festival@in all the Sörmland region.
