Whisper your nature – NoCore: Rosebud workshop
TanssiARTesaani is arranging a new version of NoCore workshop that takes place on 15th May, at 13:00-17:00, outdoors in Vuosaari.
This new version of NoCore workshop deals with issues connected to gender norms and acceptance. The participants will be guided to research about the nature of human beings in the natural environment, using movements and video. There is no restriction for the level of dance and media art knowledge but we hope that the participants are coming with open minds on the subject.
The workshop is part of NoCore: Rosebud project: Beniamino Borghi, dance and media artist, and Tatu Vanhatalo, music artist, are working on this art project that combines dance and hip-hop related music through videos and live performance for young audiences. The results of the workshop will be part of the performative workshop demo that will premiere in Yhteisötanssifestivaali in the end of May online.
The workshop will be guided in collaboration with Jenni Koistinen, who at the moment starts a research on dance in connection to our outer and inner forest environments.

Bring your mobile phone (charged) or a camera and dress according to the weather. Unfortunately the location is not accessible with a wheelchair.
The production will provide snacks and beverages for the participants.
